I subtract interference.
Conventional coaching attempts to “fix” the leader by adding more skills. I believe you are already whole. The problem is not a lack of capacity; it is an excess of noise.
The Signal vs. The Noise.
In high-stakes environments, the data is often drowned out by “Noise”—fear, ego, future-tripping, and internal narratives.
Most leaders try to force clarity by “thinking harder.” This is like turning up the volume on a static-filled radio; it only amplifies the confusion.
My work is not to add more information. It is to tune the frequency. We subtract the static so that the Signal—the raw reality of the situation—comes through with absolute precision.

I do not start with “goals.” I start with the noise. Where is the signal getting lost? Together, we pinpoint the exact form of interference (Anxiety, Identity, Resistance) that is blocking your view.
The Tuning
(Non-Dual Inquiry)
We do not manage the noise; we dissolve it. Using direct inquiry, we investigate the “self” that is generating the static. When the source of the interference is seen, the frequency clears instantly.
The Signal
(Strategic Action)
With the channel clear, we look at the business problem again. Without the distortion of fear or ego, the right decision becomes obvious. You move from forcing a result to simply executing the signal.
