Payments: 

1) Payments are preferably done via online payment function. Payments will be sent via e-mail invoice. True North Leadership Coaching use Stripe as a payment provider to guarantee best in class services and the highest security standards. 

2) If wished, payments can also be conducted via bank transfer. A respective invoice can be issued for this. 

3) With the exception of single coaching sessions or check-in calls, payments are usually split into several payments and details are agreed on in a written contract between client and service provider. 

4) Clients can at any time request an overview of invoices, open invoices, paid invoices. The request shall be answered within 7 working days. 

Pricing: 

1) Pricing is transparently communicated on www.tomiblasic.ch/services – changes to this can be agreed on between client and True North Leadership Coaching. 

2) Pricing for modular programs, respectively tailor made programs include base fees and possible changes from the standard service fee. The fees will be offered to clients in writing and agreed on in a written contract prior to delivery of any services. 

3) Exception for standard fees would occur in case of out of working hours delivery of services (i.e. late evening or weekends). 

4) Each offer states a clear validity after which a new quote would have to be requested. 

Service Delivery: 

1) Coaching sessions will either take place via video call, or as agreed in either client offices or office spaces in Zurich. Locations outside Zurich may result in extra travel time. If this is the case any additional costs for traveling or travel time would be agreed on prior to any travel. 

2) The scope of the delivery is outlined in a written contract between client and the coaching provider.
