Device-local data Conversation history, bookmarks, preferences, and streak stored on your device only via localStorage. Never transmitted. Legitimate interest (app functionality)

The app uses no analytics tools, tracking pixels, advertising identifiers, or cookies. We do not require you to create an account or identify yourself in any way.

Third-Party Services (App)

Service Purpose Privacy Policy
Anthropic AI responses (Claude API). Messages processed in real time, not used for model training. anthropic.com/privacy
RevenueCat Subscription management via Apple App Store / Google Play Store. revenuecat.com/privacy

Data Stored on Your Device

The app uses your device's local storage (localStorage) to save session preferences, conversation history, bookmarked responses, reminder settings, and streak data. This data lives only on your device. We cannot access it, and it is never transmitted to any server. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser or app data, or by uninstalling the app.

Data Retention (App)

We do not store your personal data on our servers. Conversation messages are sent to Anthropic's API in real time and are not retained by us after the response is delivered. Anthropic's own data retention practices are described in their privacy policy. Device-local data persists until you clear it or uninstall the app.

International Data Transfers (App)

When you use the conversation feature, your messages are processed by Anthropic, which is based in the United States. RevenueCat is also US-based. These transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Children

Quiet Inquiry is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain EU jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your Rights (App)

The same rights listed in the website privacy policy above apply to your use of the Quiet Inquiry app. Because the app collects minimal personal data and does not store it on our servers, there is typically nothing to access, correct, or delete. For any data rights requests, contact tomi@tomiblasic.ch.

Changes

Updates to this app privacy policy will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Last updated: March 2026.
