What does good leadership really look like?
Scrolling through LinkedIn you will find tons of posts, tons of workshops, plenty of empowered and visionary stuff – and plenty of fluff as well.
I still and will continue to argue that if you see leadership as a service, that’s when you can fundamentally change the way you look at success.
It’s no longer about you, it’s about your team, the people you work with, the success of your business.
If, on the contrary, it is about your personal gains (think salary, bonus, promotions, power, influence) it misses the big picture.
Start with making your team feel seen and heard, this will create trust, motivate, and inspire. In return you’ll be respected and remembered as a charismatic leader.
Not rocket science really.
