Here’s the deal: Work never ends.
And no, that should not make you feel stressed. On the contrary.
Recognising that our time is limited while work never ends should have the opposite effect on you.
Once you realise you can never achieve a zero-email inbox, you can never completely clear your to-do list, and you can never be done with work (and all of this will never lead to a “work life” balance) – that’s when you can stop feeling like a modern-day Sisyphus.
Your time is limited, so don’t try to do everything.
Learn to say no, prioritise, and let go of things that don’t support your goals. Saying no means saying yes to more time for yourself and more alignment with your goals.
