The daily grind

I had professional roles where I’d work from 7 to 7 and would still find my myself working on weekends.

My employers didn’t require this, but it was a mix of ambition and guilt if there were unfinished projects and tasks.

But 12 hour workdays and quick check-ins on weekends are not sustainable. At least not in the long run.

I only changed by realising that ‘work never ends’. There will always be more.

Free yourself from the belief that you can finish everything and get your inbox to zero by the end of the way.

It’s not possible.

When you’re rested, you perform better. You achieve more in less time than when you’re tired and working overtime.

Sometimes it takes a break to see how you are doing and to help you reflect on your own situation.

Join us today, 6pm CEST (Central European Time) for a one hour session that’s meant to help you re-learn to do nothing.

It will help you to reflect and to better understand how you are doing and what you can do to make a change.

Come as you are, no pressure, no expectations on you.

Just a chance to feel a sense of relief.
