More enjoyment at work

I just had a conversation with a few other people about job happiness, the purpose of what we do, and the need for a more human leadership approach. One that puts people at the heart of work.

This commonly articulated need does not surprise me at all, but still seems to be too rare in the corporate world. We measure success by what each individual delivers, sells, produces, turns over. We measure hard facts against clearly defined deliverables.

But we rarely measure success by what and how we contribute on a human level, by whether we are part of a community, a purpose, a goal that exceeds our very own personal financial ones. By how we create teams, motivate others and with this achieve success.

Still, it seems that’s exactly what many people want: not to feel like they’re just being used up, but to really thrive and make a difference at work.

With my coaching I help individuals regain joy at work. I want to contribute in helping people have a better time at work.

The goal should not be working towards a happy retirement; we should also focus on enjoying our lives right now, as much as possible.

If you’re looking for that, send me a message. I can’t wait to hear from you.
