Most of us want a world that is a better place, be it for ourselves or the the next generation.
But first it starts with yourself.
If you constantly feel worn out, trying to catch up with your task list, if you find yourself too busy and too tired for anything besides work, you will overlook what should matter most. Do have those moments where you forego meeting a friend, a dinner date, an evening at the cinema or working out, because it would get a little too much?
And that’s why I’m wondering: How are you supposed to change what’s around you, when you can’t change your own situation? A big change won’t happen, without a first step. A better world may require a better you first.
But that moment of relief, the better tomorrow, doesn’t have to wait. It can begin now, with you. It’s time to shift from re-activity to pro-activity. From seeing that you are, in fact, in control of your career and your life, and you can make the changes that you seek to make.
Imagine a life where your work complements your personal world, not competes with it. A life where you are in control of your time and not the other way around. This is what my coaching is all about.
It’s a possible reality, and it starts with the decision to take control, to prioritise not just what you do, but also how and why you do it.
