Are you bored?

I want my leadership coaching clients to be bored.

I am not a productivity hacker. On the contrary. I’m a leadership coach who cares about your time.

In our relentless pursuit of career, money, status, and satisfaction, we often confuse more with better. But in reality, ‘more’ can often be overwhelming.

We study history or philosophy and learn of the great thinkers. We regard them as near-mythical intellects, yet overlook their most common practice: taking time to think.

Imagine if I were a doctor. My prescription? “Sit by a window, without your phone, radio, or television. Just gaze out. Let your mind wander.”

In our constant quest for more, we rob ourselves of important ideas, thoughts, creativity and a deeper sense of contentment.

Sometimes less is not only more, it’s everything.

Cheers – Tomi, your coach from Switzerland
