I posted this on LinkedIn today, after thinking over it for a long time. And I want to repost it here on my blog. I don’t only work as a leadership coach because I want to help leaders in their role, but generally to support people – nothing is better than help someone breathe a sigh of relief again:
Facing restructuring and the possibility of redundancy can be very unsettling.
I’ve gone through several restructuring phases in my career, and have faced redundancy myself. I understand the myriad of emotions and challenges that come with this.
If you’re faced with this right now, or know someone who is, I’m here to lend an ear, or offer my professional services to help you see a next step. I live and work in Zurich. I’m happy to meet in person, or have a phone/video call. I spent 15 years at UBS – I know and understand the environment.
Feel free to reach out or share this message with anyone who might find value in a supportive chat or some guidance. As difficult as is, a conversation with someone who’s gone through this experience can be a big relief.
