Day 6: On change

Continuing the questions from yesterday’s number 5.

Today’s coaching question is all about reflecting on what you’d like to be different in your life.

“If there was one thing you’d like to change right now, what would that be?”

Don’t only think about what you’d like to change but also why. What would be the result from changing this particular thing? What would be different? How would you know it was a success or a useful thing to do? Who else could see that something has changed and why?
