Is coaching something for you? Yesterday someone I’ve been following for a long time referenced my “anti-hustle coach” title from my headline.
I was really taken by surprise. As I had only recently added this description and also – this person is not following me.
When I started coaching my main goal was to help leaders become better leaders. And in return help create better teams and happier employees.
A clear mission.
Over the past 18 months or so I went around in circles with different topics, at least here on LinkedIn. But now I’m back to what originally sparked something in me.
To be part of a lasting change. To help you see that there’s more to life than the grind and hustle at work.
That you can be successful and have a great career without compromising yourself, your health, or even your family and friends.
You spend so much time at work, you may as well enjoy it.
There’s a lot of pressure and negativity out there right now. And each of us could play a part in creating positive change. But how are you supposed to do that if you can’t take care of yourself first?
I hope there is a shift happening. One that makes us look at how everything is connected, how while we all can’t stop interacting with AI, we are humans and should focus on our unique human strengths.
I’m here to support any leader who desires to lead with more courage and to create a more fulfilling work environment.
